It often happens that customers buy products, install them, and then return them without reason. You will understand that we do not provide these products for free testing. Installed goods cannot be simply refunded 100%. Once installed, they are neither fully overhauled nor new and can hardly be sold at half price. Therefore, I ask you not to buy from us at this stage if you are not sure that the problem lies with this part.

Returns are very complicated for already installed products. We offer a one-month return policy for all items. Please understand that we cannot cover shipping costs for returns. Commercial invoice with indicated VAT. DEPOSIT POLICY - VERY IMPORTANT! The price applies only if you return your old defective part. We charge you an additional 100 EURO deposit until we receive your old defective part. This is to expedite the shipping process.

Upon receipt of your old defective part, the amount will be refunded to you (usually takes 3 to 6 business days). The customer bears the cost of return shipping. This also speeds up shipping. If you pay by bank transfer, please transfer the purchase price + the deposit amount + shipping costs to avoid delays.

Old parts must reach us within 45 days. After 45 days, you can of course still return the old parts, but there will be a 30% deduction. Because we need to get a replacement after 45 days. Otherwise, we would not have these parts in our short and medium-term program. Old parts not returned within 6 months will no longer be accepted.

We find this more than reasonable. Long story short; please return the old parts to us within 45 days. The sooner, the better for all of us. After all, you want the deposit to be returned more quickly, and we want the old parts.

Please note that your old part must be depositable. No external mechanical damage (for example, no broken connectors, no broken sensors). The part must be in one piece, meaning it must not be disassembled into parts, but only disassembled by a professional.

Shipping is done with DHL (delivery may take 1 to 2 days from package delivery, but usually only one day). We deliver shipments with DHL Premium. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver cash on delivery abroad (possible only for larger orders upon request).

INFO: English / French / Italian. The product is refurbished/remanufactured, meaning that worn parts have been replaced, all items have been checked for several hours with a Bosch test bench. The test protocol is included in the shipment. The product has a 2-year warranty. This is a return warranty.

Please understand that we are not willing to pay for shipping to the other side of the world (in fact, nowhere outside Germany, we are responsible for shipping costs / all prices are ex works). After 45 days, you can of course return cores, but here 20% deductions are applied as we need to provide new cores if the pump does not arrive within a certain time frame. Otherwise, some products will not be available in the short term. We do not accept any cores after 6 months. Long story short; please return the cores to us within 45 days. After all, you want the deposit to be returned more quickly, and we need the cores faster.

We use DHL Premium for parcels in Europe and UPS Express for parcels outside Europe. We currently do not deliver to some EU countries where VAT is high (for example: Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Hungary, Greece, Croatia, Portugal, Slovenia, Ireland, Poland). If you pay the VAT difference, we will be happy to ship to you.

Please understand that the same selling price for all EU countries is not feasible due to the difference in VAT. For example, VAT is 27% in Hungary, but in Germany, this figure is only 19%.

Payments are always made in advance. The customer pays shipping costs, return costs, as well as any import duties.

Customers outside the EU must pay their local VAT and customs fees. We are not responsible for this. Please inquire with your local authorities at your discretion.
