Attention: important information for installing a turbocharger. To avoid any installation errors, LaPièce24 recommends having the new turbocharger installed by an accredited specialist workshop. It is necessary to check if the causes of failure and damage to the old turbocharger have been eliminated. Before starting to install the new turbocharger, you need to check the cleanliness and tightness of the adjacent parts.

When changing the turbocharger, also renew the engine oil, oil filter, and air filter! Before fastening the duct, please completely fill the turbocharger by pouring clean engine oil into the supply duct.

Change all oil lines as well as flanges and gaskets. For some items, you also need to change the heat exchanger according to the installation instructions. Before commissioning, check the tightness of all oil, gas, and air ducts. It is absolutely necessary to clean the air supply and exhaust system as well as the intermediate heat exchanger.

The system must not contain any chips, dirt, corrosion, oil, or foreign bodies. After installing the turbocharger, you need to restart the engine, let it idle for about 30 seconds, and only then gradually increase the speed. Please note that LaPièce24's warranty and liability are not applicable if the turbocharger is installed without following the installation instructions and causes damage.
